Beef Khichuri and Hilsa Khichuri; Cooker's-6, Karwan Bazar

Bengali illish kichuri
Cooker's 7 Illish Khichuri

As the best khichuri in Dhaka, I will put Cooker's-7's beef and Hilsa khichuri in the first place. Because these two items are equally tasty.

For those who live or work in the vicinity of the Karwan Bazar area of the capital; Cooker's Beef Khichuri is a very familiar name to them.

You can understand why it is in the first place among the khichuri of so many restaurants in the city, only if you taste this khichuri.

Cooker-7's khichuri cooking method is different from others. Because they cook khichuri and beef separately and then mix them together.

Spicy meat and khichuri combine to make a great delicacy. On the other hand, their Hilsa khichuri can be called an underrated item. The piece of fried Hilsa fish placed on top of a hot plate of roasted khichuri is also cooked nicely, there is no chance of any ingredients being overcooked.

At the same time, fried dried chilies create a distinct spice and aroma. So Cooker's-7 may be the ideal place to eat Hilsa khichuri on a rainy day. In terms of quantity and quality of food, Cooker's-7's beef and hilsa khichuri are both outstanding.
