Top 10 Korean Erotic Movies

Hello, my 'Chingu' (Korean friends), 'Annyeonghaseyo' (Hello). I'm back with another 'Daebak' (awesome) list of movies for those looking for something different yet refreshing.

I decided to rekindle my relationship with Korean movies over the weekend after taking a break from bragging about my obsession with K-Pop and K-Drama. And the genre I chose this time is something that most of us are intrigued by and interested in – erotica.

Whereas 'Oldboy,' 'Train to Busan,' and 'The Handmaiden' are among the best films Korea has produced, their cinematic legacy isn't limited to action, gore, or horror. Erotica is another key genre that Korean directors enjoy experimenting with, and 'The Handmaiden' isn't the only erotic film in the works.

Korean erotic films have everything a moviegoer could want: thrills, action, drama, period pieces, romance, power struggles, obsessive love, and heartbreaking scenes. And it is not an exaggeration to say that no one does the 'erotic' genre better than Korean directors. We'll make an exception for Ram Gopal Varma's 'God, Sex, and Truth,' which stars Mia Malkova.

So, on that note, I urge you to see these sensual Korean erotic films and tell me if I'm wrong about Korea being the best and most daring in this genre.

List of Top 10 Korean Hot Movies

Here is a list of the top ten best and most popular Korean erotic films in the world.

The erotica genre has so much to offer! Then again, good erotica movies aren't only limited to the most known ones, like "The Handmaiden", there are so many other good movies of the erotica genre that will amaze you with their storytelling, cinematography, and fo shizz with the steamy sex scenes!

Then again, Korean erotic movies (at least those on this list) also feature everything one could wish for, from thrill, drama, action, to period, obsession, power struggle, or gut-wrenching explicit scenes.

And this might sound like I'm exaggerating (but I'm not, at least based on what I've watched) when I say there are no other directors except the Koreans who could do better justice to the "erotica genre."

Well, there's one exception tho (not really...lol), "God, Sex and Truth" by Ram Gopal Varma starring Mia Malkova.

Anyway, I hope you and I are gonna be on the same page about the greatness of the movies on this list containing 10 of the best Korean erotic movies.

Enjoy!
