This week,  we interviewed adult film star Angela White, a pretty familiar face in the adult film industry for several years. Anyone who is even a bit familiar with the adult film industry probably can recognize her.

Why did you decide to get into the po*n industry at such an early age?

I was fascinated with se* and se*uality as a child. I often hid in the back of my primary school library so that I could stare at cartoon diagrams of se*ual intercourse in books like Where Did I Come From?

In my high school years, I started experimenting with boys and girls and I have quickly labeled a sl*t and a lesbian.

When I discovered po*nography at the age of 14, I saw a space in which having multiple partners of any gender was celebrated rather than denigrated.

It was at that moment that I knew I wanted to be a part of the adult industry. I wanted to be able to express and explore my se*uality in a safe environment with other open-minded, se*-positive people.

What's the wildest thing you've ever done?

Definitely falling in love! That's wild, that's a crazy ride. I think that's the wildest thing anybody can ever do. I mean the thing about falling in love is you can't control it. That's why it's so chaotic, you have literally no way of stopping it, no way of controlling where it goes or to whom you fall in love. It's an insane experience.

Have you ever been urinated on or have urinated on someone?

Yes, but I never really considered it pissing. I don't know, this is just like semantics about the word pissing, cuz when I think of pissing I think about it as more of a fetish thing, and like the times that I have played with that aspect of my physiology.

What do you think about anal?

I think a lot about it.

Interviewer: Do you act on it?

White: Yes I do I act on it. It's not just the theory of anal, also the practice of anal. I think that anal is great because I'm all about sensations with everything in life.

It's an entirely different sensation, and I'm always wanting to indulge in every sensation I possibly can. So anal is particularly good with really large toys and [co__s].

What are you more interested in? The Art of Fetish modeling or the Se* of fetish Po*n, or both?

Everything to do with art is fascinating and wonderful. I'd have to say both. I mean the great thing about the art of fetish po*n is that you also get to get [f__ed] and that's always a wonderful thing.

There’s a widespread assumption that po*n stars are all addicted to drugs or fundamentally fuc**d up. How did the results from your honors thesis on porn actresses answer to this?

I conducted qualitative research into female experiences in the Australian po*nography industry and the findings did not support the assumption that po*n performers are addicted to drugs or deficient in any way.

In a lot of instances, the reality of performing in po*n is quite banal, much to the disappointment of a media that likes a sensationalist story, but it seems studies like mine still can’t dismantle the lingering assumptions.

Are you in a fetish lifestyle partnership? Would you like to be in one?

I'm not at this current point. But I'd like to be in one. I mean it always depends on the person, in the situation. I'm open to everything, so I'm definitely open to the experience if I met somebody that I felt would be open to indulging in that kind of lifestyle for me.

What would you want to tell the readers?

If they're reading Taboo interviews, I'm sure they're already very open-minded. I always encourage everyone to continue to be open-minded.
Always be willing to be more open than you already are, because I think that we're not static beings, we're always evolving, and something that you thought yesterday was disgusting, and just like you would never want to try, tomorrow it might seem like the most delicious thing that you could ever encounter. So I guess just being open to all that se*uality has to offer is my ending note.
